THE OBLIVION

 

A 6 week journey to give you what you need so that you can give it to your kids. As a family therapist I know that you can’t give what you haven’t been given, if you’re struggling with being able to stay steady in the face of big behaviours or keep your cool when the household is heating up this could be the solution for you.  

What's included:

- 6 x 1-1.5 hour sessions taking you on a journey from frazzled and hopeless to confident, connected and consistent [not perfect 

-Weekly guidance notes and reflection sheets

I’m Sarah B. 

 I teach cycle breakers the things that really matter when raising darn good humans. I help burnt-out, confused and frustrated parents find the fun in the messy and human parts of day-to-day family life. Balancing the brain and the heart whilst translating neuroscience into nuggets of warm connection is what I do best.  A lifelong learner, I’m committed to bringing you the latest and greatest in play, development, the nervous system and attachment theory.

My specialty is holding a noggin full of niche child development and emotional intelligence facts, but never being able to remember where my car keys are. Ever.
